Map and Directions

Directions from Charlottetown (Approximately 49 km / 46 minutes):

Head southeast on the Hillsborough Bridge towards Stratford.

Continue onto Trans-Canada Highway 1 heading towards Montague for approximately 15.5 km. Turn left onto Route 3 (towards Georgetown). Follow this road until you come to a roundabout (approximately 23.5 km). At the roundabout, continue straight to stay on Route 3 to Georgetown. Drive for approximately 10 km, turn left onto North Royalty Road. Summer Winds is on the right at the beginning of the large sweeping turn.

From Wood Islands Ferry (approximately 41 km / 45 minutes)

Exit ferry terminal area onto Trans-Canada Highway 1. Take second right onto Route 315 North. Follow for approximately 23 km. When you come to end of the road (liquor store on right), turn left onto Commercial Road Route 4. At the roundabout, continue straight onto Route 4 North, Wood Islands Road. You will come down a steep hill to a set of lights. At the lights make a left and continue on route 4 towards Souris/Georgetown. This road will take you out of Montague. When you come to the roundabout in Pooles Corner, take the 1st exit onto Route 3, Georgetown Road. Follow for approximately 10 km. Turn left onto the North Royalty Road. Summer Winds Cottages is on the right at the large sweeping turn.
